ANMT is a unique format of bodywork techniques developed specifically to treat soft tissue pain patterns and was taught here in Denver. It comprises a number of well known techniques with the main objectives being relief from pain, and prevention of re-occuring pain. This work continues to affect the physiology of your muscles for up to 72 hours after your session.
Continuing Education is not required for therapists in Colorado. It is a 500 hour state, though some cities have higher requirements, like Colorado Springs, which is 1,000. I choose to take additional classes to learn new ways of helping you.
